Meetings

From September to May the Society meets, usually on the fourth Wednesday of the month, in the Talberd Room at Foakes Hall. There is usually a a speaker or demonstration with topics covering a wide range of subjects on gardening, horticulture, nature, wildlife or local natural history. After the speaker there is an opportunity to socialise with refreshments, a raffle and regular members plant and produce sales.

Meetings start at 7:30pm and are open to both members and non-members. No booking is required; simply turn up and see what it’s all about.

Entry is £2 for members and £4 for guests.

In addition to the monthly meetings the society also organises outings during the summer. Click the button below for more information.
